    why patient is feeling hypoglycemic at 200 mg/dl fasting levels ?

    Type 2 diabtes patient came with DKA, He was stabilized in an ICU. Patient was hypoglycemic episodes at 200 mg/dl fasting level. What might be the cause of this. Inspite of high fasting level why patient is showing hypoglycemic symptoms? Kindly improve my understanding /

    Can anyone provide me with a few samples or examples of a complete history and physical write up for diabetic patients?

    I am currently writing a paper in regards to diagnosing diabetes but I need a couple of samples of "complete history and medical write ups" so I can analyze and interpret the different cases around the world and how it is being diagnosed especially when symptoms are not present. I
