On November 17, 2015 the Diabetes Literacy Consortium will host its final event “Diabetes Literacy: Strengthening Diabetes Self-Management for all in Europe”. Key research outcomes will be presented, including the state of art of diabetes self-management education in Europe. Main messages at European policy level will be discussed with stakeholders from policy, health care, and academia. The final event is organised back-to-back to the 3rd European Health Literacy Conference (3EHLC) that will take place on 18-19 November 2015 in the same venue: the Management Center Europe in Brussels. Participants in this final event are invited stakeholders. However, interested persons or institutions may apply for an invitation. Participation is free of costs.
